On October 14 there will be ceremony in the former death camp Sobibor.
The event organizers have information about victims deported from
Holland, France, and Germany but have very little information about
Jews sent to Sobibor from Poland, particularly southeast Poland (Chelm,
Hrubieszow, Wlodawa, Piaski, Izbica, and part of Zamosc) and parts of
modern Ukraine.
If you have the photos of the people who were murdered there and
stories about them, we will be very glad if you can share the stories
and photos with the Majdanek State Museum, which is collecting these
materials for the ceremony in October.
