Hello everybody,
I started going over the Doudleby nad Orlici records on the internet and copies I have of Various Jewish community lists and constructing family trees for the Jewish families of the community.
I hope to finish this project within 2 months and post the data here.
For farther reading about this jewish community I highly recommend the summary in English on thePrague Jewish Museum site.
Shalom

Hi Eytan –

Is there a list of graves in the cemetery? I saw a link somewhere, but it was a dead link (as is the above.) I'm thinking of visiting the area in a few months and would love to be prepared....

My Löwy ancestors (and presumably Lederer ancestors) lived in Doudleby.

Many thanks!

Hi
The Jewish community of Doudleby nad Orlici has its cemetery just outside Vamberk.
This cemetery is one of the first documented by Achab Heidler on his wonderful site:
If you need more info please email me:
Eytan.lederer@gmail.com
I visited the place three times

Recently found out that my Agular ancestors came from Doudleby nad Orlici. Is there a list of graves at the cemetery? Although they lived in the town, I think I have seen mentions of some of them being buried in Dobruska.
Regards,
