Researching Hogmire family history, found Charles A Hogmire/Jenner born 1843 son of Daniel and Henrietta Hogmire. Not sure how and why the name change took place. Charles went through his life as Jenner, and his children were named Jenner. Henrietta's name was Waugh, so I would think the only option was he is adopted, but who are his blood parents? Can anyone help?
