2 rather incompetent distant cousins (one of them a Pro user) are creating havoc in my tree. The result is heaps of doubles and also private profiles. I additionally now have several ancestors who are their own siblings - in one case a great great grand father is even married to himself. This is of course annoying and I have contacted the 'cousins' and asked them to root out the doubles - but to no avail - they won't even answer my mails. I can't remove the flawed profiles and I don't seem to be able to remove profiles connected to the flawed profiles off either (even profiles that I'm administrating). Is there any solution to this problem?
