Is there a reliable source to establish the connection of Elizabeth with the listed parents? The link to what I perceive to be the buriel place of Henry and Jane would suggest this is not a correct association.

Hoping someone can help clear up my confusion.

"Here lie the bodies of Henry Sacheverell, Esqr. and Iane his Wife, Daughter to German Irton, of Irton, in the County of Darby, Esqr. By whom he had issue 3 sonns & 3 daughtrs., Gervas, Henry, & Francis, Eleanor, Jane & Marie which Henry died the —of—."

Well it appears I have found the connection. It was Eleanor who married William Hasard.

"The first baptism recorded in the register here is that of this Eleanor Sacheverell, under date 29th May, 1597. She married, as her second husband, William Hasard, her servant, whom Dr. Thoroton tells us "proved a good Husband to her, and a kind and careful Father to her Children." She died on 17th September, 1664, and was buried on 19th."

Great work. Would you be able to update (edit) the overview and data fields with this excellent source? Then I can make the profile a Master Profile and lock the facts in place. Is the Elizabeth name an AKA or an error?

I am new to this site, so I am still becoming familiar with the functionality. I do not appear to have the rights to edit the overview and data fields.

However, I was able to contribute to the sources section, where I have added the source I linked yesterday, and two new sources I have since found which further corroborates this connection. One of the sources expands on the Hazard (Hasard) lineage.

Just after my last post, I found a new link. This link would suggest that Elizabeth was a AKA, but I have generally found more information using the given name Eleanor.
