Nicholas Audley, 1st Lord Audley - i don't want to upset anyone

but every site i have been to lists him as Hugh de Audleys brother not son..He is son to James De Audley who was married to Ella Longespee..
James kids are from all the sites I have found::
1. James de Audley, b. Cal 1250, d. 1273
2. Henry de Audley, b. Cal 1251, d. 1275
3. William de Audley, b. 18 Oct 1254, d. 1282, , , , Wales Find all individuals with events at this location
4. Nicholas de Audley, b. Cal 1258, of Heleigh, Audley, Staffordshire, England Find all individuals with events at this location, d. 1299
5. Hugh de Audley, Lord Audley, b. Aft 1258, of , Stratton-Audley, Oxfordshire, England Find all individuals with events at this location, d. 1326
6. Joan de Audley

Hugh de Audley as the sites list had three kids:: Hugh who died 1347, Alice who did marry Ralph Greystroke and Ralph de Neville and his last kid was Sir James de Audley.

thank you for that .. now I am not sure how to change his parents to right ones and put Hugh as his brother.. I started looking at him due to he is how I am related to Sir Francis Drake through this way how geni has it right now:: not going to post all but just bit..:::
