My Grandfather, Samuel Shmuel Savotski was orphaned at age 3.
I just found a Samuel Shmuel Surazski . My Grampa was brought up
by his Maternal Grandmother, name unknown. Grampa said his
parents were Lieb and Miriam. Shmuel Surazski's brother and
sister were Lieb and Miriam. Perhaps his Grandmother didn't
remember much about Grandpa's Fraternal side. Is there a connect-
ion? We had heard that Grampa's folks, along with his Mother's sister
and her husband were all 4 killed in a pogrum. Have you heard
anything like that? Who might know Family history? Please let me
know if you can make any connection.
