I found this record that indicates a "Francis T Coyle" from Mahanoy City, same birth date in a WW1 draft record, could use some back story if possible:

I had never heard that Uncle Frank served in WWI.

It would seem accurate, though. I mean how many Francis Coyle's could be born in Mahanoy City, PA at exactly the same birth date?

Registering for the Draft does not mean that the person served in the military.
