Lea Magdalena Dorothea Botha (Barnard), b4c9d1e3f4 - Parents of Lea Magdalena Dorothea Barnard

Hi,

I have checked the death notice (DN 821) of Lea (Calculated birth 1820 at Kleinplaats, George) and her parents are shown as Jacobus Barnard and Lea Barnard but she is shown here and on other places as the daughter of Jacobus Botha. Could you advise why?

Her maiden name was not BARNARD as previously been erroneously entered.

Her grandfather's date of death is shown here as 1 October 1814 but the above link states his date of death as 1 December 1831. Enjoy your trip
