Attention Curators - Unable to reply to post sent to me - person not blocked by me

Received a post today from Arnfred Nilsen regarding Nigel de Cunynghame, of West Barns today and I am unable to reply - I get 'Unable to send reply' when reverting to him.
Arnfred Nilsen is one of your curators amonst other Scotland - and he tells me I have blocked him which according to my settings I have not!
Could you kindly assist me in contacting him or sending me his email
