The first one is born 20 later, but with same parentage (with other siblings born close together around the same time):

Sir John Brooksboro Armstrong

This one is virtually impossible, if born the same year (1622), because the profile under discussion here was born smack in the middle of the year (June 29, 1622). That doesn't leave much time for either gestation (normally 9 months) or recovery from any previous births. Plus the name is too similar, imho.
