You make a good point. But note that Isaac patented 2 parcels of land in 1720 on Beverly Run, which is wholly contained by present day Caroline County, and in fact defines the southeastern border of the county. So Isaac was "of Caroline County" once the county was formed. before that, he was "of King and Queen County". It seems more correct to me to list him by the latter county name since the former is implied.
