My late fathers birth certificate states his parents were John Mooney and Annie Mooney (Travers) and born in Dundalk in 1929. The address on the birth certificate is Anne Street, Dundalk. This is ALL we know as my Father would not discuss his child hood, so we do not know if he was raised in a home, had any relatives etc etc, we know absolutely nothing about his upbringing and formative years. We cannot find any records of John Mooney and Annie Mooney, or Travers, can anyone help us ??
