Jane (unknown) Houghton - Unknown parents

Jane Houghton (wife of Ralph Houghton) was not the daughter of John Stowe, of Roxbury and Elizabeth Stowe

“John Stowe emigrated in 1634 with his wife, and six children. The Roxbury Church records contain the notation, "“John Stow he arrived at New England the 17th of the 3rd month [May] anno 1634. He brought his wife & 6 children: Thomas, Elizabeth, John, Nathaniel, Samuel, Thankfull." He was made freeman 3 Sept 1634.”

I have detached from parents and locked relationships.

Torreys New England Marriages before 1700 lists her as “Jane [Stowe?]” which indicates a speculative report. However, no further evidence has been shown for the Stowe maiden name, so listing her as “unknown” with Stowe? in the “also known as” field.
