Hapka/Hafk

I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge of any connection between the Hapka's recorded at the Borzyszkowy Parish and the Hafk's recorded at Konarzyny. It seems a distinct possibility when considering the similarly likely relation between families such as the Szypryt's who are recorded at both Borzyszkowy and Konarzyny as well. I have noticed the assumed eldest known member of all the Hafk's - Jakub who's death is recorded at Konarzyny in 1743, shares a name with one Jakub Hupk who's death is recorded at Borzyszkowy no more than a year later. Could they be the same person? Could they be cousins? Any ideas?
