My great grandfather was Benzion (or Bentze, or Bentsel) Grod Zelikovich. He was born in Linkuva in 1843. He married Khana Sheitel Vismant from Seduva, Lithuania, and they settled in Bauska, Latvia, where my grandfather Moses Zelikovich was born. I have found a lot of Zelikovichs out there, but have never been able to establish any firm connections. I suspect there are records that are not digitized that may be the missing link. My DNA is on Ancestry, My Heritage, FTDNA and Gedmatch. Maybe I'm related to someone here???

You and I are 7.6cM's, with an estimate of MRCA 7.4 generations.
You and my mom are 31.9cM's, estimating MRCA 4.4
You and my uncle Morris are 35.8cM's, estimating MRCA 4.3

So, it looks like there is a connection here, just back a ways.
I know Benzion's father was Abraham (or Abram) Zelikovich from Vilnius, born about 1817

Elaine, 7.6cM is not a match for Ashkenazi Jews, that is simply endogamy.
