Is Martine a Romanian surname?

I am sorry, I corrected it to Martin. I'm not sure if it's Romanian. She was born in Romania, but lists her race and nationality as Albanian. I know my Grandmother who was from Korce District was taught Romanian in school in the early 1900's.

I was hoping your spelling was correct because I found a document on Ancestry that just has Martin which I doubt is Romanian or Albanian . My mother had mentioned Angheroula was Romanian and that there was a papou ( priest ) in that family. I have been searching for answers on my Albanian family for years. I would live to know more. I have so many questions,
