Michael Hanson & Mariah Drew

I have Michael Hanson and Mariah Drew as my 3rd g. grandparents in my tree. Michael Guner Hanson I know they are correctly added to my tree.

Recently, I found on Ancestry another set of possible parents for Michael Hanson (who married Mariah Drew) than what we have here on Geni and I cannot be sure we have the right set of parents for this Michael.

We have Michael's parents as Jacob Hanson and Sarah Libby and on ancestry, they have a Jacob Hanson & Elizabeth Brewer b. Oct. 14, 1770 Fishkill, Dutchess, NY d. Oct. 15, 1849, York County, NB.

Could someone, more experienced than I, search Michael Hanson (who was married to Mariah (Maria) Drew) to see if we have his correct parents? I am questioning the validity of who his parents may be as I know the New Brunswick Hanson's are connected to the Brewer's through marriages prior to coming to New Brunswick, Canada.
