Samuel B. McQueen's father is William J McQueen William's first wife Judith McQueen did not die until 1830. Samuel was born in 1826.

It is not likely that he is the son of William's second wife Susannah Graham

Furthermore, if Susannah WAS his mother, that means that Samuel married his first cousin Margaret F McQueen Though those things have happened, it seems more likely that he might have married a niece of his step-mother.

Thoughts? I think he needs connecting to Judith Hardwick no matter what Find a Grave says - https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/9689380/samuel-b-mcqueen. It could just be a bad write up that needs to be corrected:

Born to William J McQueen & Susannah Graham. Came to Texas in the early 1870's. Brother to Daniel McQueen, memorial 48567124.
