There was one. And I believe the Geni tree is correct on his dates and origins.

But his wife and daughter are a problem.

Malta Genealogy has:

13.1.1.3.3.3.2.1.1.1.1.5.4.1. Donna Imperia di Österreich, 1624: Baroness von Rosenthal, married 1617 Palermo, Sicily to Vincenzo de Licata, married (2) 1625 Birkirkara to Salvatore Micallef, with issue.

But Mattias didn’t marry until 1618 to a “Sicilian Princess.”

So something is wrong about the woman who married Vincenzo de Licata in 1617. That makes the daughter the same age as her father, more or less.

Let’s get better evidence for Imperia de Licata or cut her loose from parents until we can.
