Teresa Jones - Cause of death

received death certificate yesterday, Nov 1, 2021. No one alive knew cause of death. According to Death Certificate attached under Sources Teresa had a chronic kidney disease for years. April 3 1940 she got Scarlet Fever. She was sent to Kingston Avenue Contagious Disease Hospital and died April 10. My mother, Gloria, always knew she was sickly as a kid but never knew exactly what she had or what killed her.
