Fretwell Family Tree

I have been reasearching my family tree and have hit a full stop.
Does anyone know anything about Henry Fretwell and Dorothy Michell, as Henry is stated as being the son of William Fretwell and Joan Southe in the mid 1500,s.
Any info would be most helpful
