Today I uploaded an image of the original birth register for Guillaume, son of Marie and Jean in 1684 that lists her name spelled BRABAN. I know there are lots of spelling variations but there is also a Marie Barbary about 20 years off that I fear is often conflated here. Just a note to be aware as these things can take you to different ancestors and more confusion. I'll work to add other original document images as I find them. I hope for additions to this conversation.
