Benjamin Moore of Virginia - TIMELINE IS WRONG

His timeline has him married at 12 and having 5 children before he is 18 years of age. Does anyone have a really good, well sourced biography for Benjamen Moore who married Mildred Witt? It would be wonderful to get it all sorted out and separated from the other Virginia Benjamin Moores. Thanks!
