* Anne Cage, someone misread the Will! Anne Cage

It read my daughter Anne Cage, to have at age of 16 or the day of her marriage......

I don't think we had an Anna and an Anne! Anne is clearly written in the will.

Think Anna and Anne are the same and actually her name was Anne as the probated Will stated.

I have attached the original probated will.

Cage, John, Charles County, 12th Feb., 1676; 9th July, 1676.
To wife Susanna, execx., plantation, 300 A., on Wiccomica R.
To son John and hrs., sd. plantation at death of wife afsd.
To younger son William and hrs., plantation afsd. should son John die without issue.
To dau. Margery Rowland, dau. Anna at 16 yrs. of age and unborn child, to 2 child. (unnamed) of dau. - Voyders, personalty.
