Joseph was a minor when his father wrote his will in 1708 and upon reaching the age of 14 in 1712 went to court to chose his guardian, consequently he was born certainly after 1687 and probably around 1694 which means he was the son of Anne Bennett, not Frances Martha "Mary" Mackerness. Please correct this obvious error.
