Though I receive DNA matches with lots of the folks listed on Sarah's bloodline/ descendants, I'm confused why I'm not listed on the list under her name as decedent/ blood relation etc....there doesn't seem to a way to add me or show the link but maybe this is ONLY a function of PRO? And I must purchase that for this to work?

You're not connected to the Geni World Tree. Geni only knows relationships when there is a connected path on the World Tree. Continue building your tree until it can be merged onto the Geni World Tree.
