Edward Palmer - Is Edward Palmer (born Dorking) the same as Edward Palmer living in Shropshire

Robert Edward & John Palmer were all born in Dorking to Edward & Harriet Palmer nee Healing. However there don't seem to be any records of them living there but there is evidence of them living in or near Shrewsbury see the marriage entry of Edward & Harriet of 1824 and the 1841 and 1851 Census. I think Harriet died 1831 and Edward re-married Letitia Reynolds 1832, hence her name appearing on the Census

Edward emigrated to South Africa between 1851 and 1861
