Biography

Agnes Charteris was the daughter of Sir John Charteris, 12th of Amisfield[1][2] and of Margaret Fleming, daughter of John Fleming, 1st Earl Wigton.[3]

Agnes Charteris married Thomas Kirkpatrick.[4]

Agnes Charteris and Thomas Kirkpatrick had a son, Robert Kirkpatrick of Closeburn who died about 1664.[5]
