Anne Robinson (Withers) - Maiden Name

Her maiden name is Withers and all her siblings have the Withers surname, so why is she connected to Waters parents? Just asking to make sure the connections because it's odd that not a single child connected has the Waters surname. Usually if a sweeping surname name change took place, there is an explanation.
