John Greene the surgeon married Joan Tattersall 1619. Their children were: Major. John Greene (1620-1708), Peter Greene (1621-1699) Jane 1622, Richard Greene (1623-1698), William Greene (1624-1728) James Greene (line to Gen. Nathaneal Greene )(1626-1698), Thomas Greene (1628-1717) Joan (1630-1658), Mary Greene Sweet (1633-1686), and Content (1636-1666). Just looked at John Greene's Family Search page with 52 resources.
