Elizabeth Wombwell (Wood) - Two Fathers, no mother

This Elizabeth has two fathers connected and no mother. Some of her info matches this profile:

since they're both married to men named Thomas Wombwell, but some of the info is different, so I'm not going to merge them. They're on my son's paternal lines and i don't know anything about them, just discovered them in his lines on Ancestry and searched for them on here.

Also, Roydon village in England is an area known for gypsy / traveller families and Wood is one of the known surnames. I'm wondering if anyone knows whether Elizabeth's Wood family is part of that. It would make sense of the surname and location being what they are or otherwise that's a big coincidence.
