Daniel Clapp, son of John Clap and wife, Anna Margaret Hoffman, was baptized September 8, 1805 in the Brick Church. The sponsors were Daniel's grandparents, John Hoffman and wife Catharine.

Burial: Daniel Clapp of John Clapp, born July 22, 1805, received Nov. 22, 1822 by Rev. John Rudy, lies at Brick Church.
