Hermanus Lewis Mostert and Adamina Johanna Koetzee (and not as Martha Johanna Fouchee)

Possibility 1.
The mother's name may be incorrect (Adamina was the first name of his wife's mother- the person completing the document may have been confused)

Possibility 2.
The parents on this profile are incorrect
