Hi Haim,

Click "view your profile" in the top menu (click on your name to open that menu).

Then click on the "DNA" tab on your profile page.

There should be a button to start the process. It will ask you to login to FamilyTreeDNA to confirm.

It usually takes a day or two to complete, btw.

I sent them the file from Ancestry this morning, and they told me it would take 2-3 days for me to receive the Gedcom file
