Caroline Mesenbring - No daughter with this name in Frank & Sophia's family

I'm not sure where this record came from, but no one with the name of Caroline shows up in any record that I can find for Frank and Sophia Mesenbring's family. She does not show up in the 1885 or 1900 census records for that family, when she still would have been a child. Also, the record says she was born in 1881, the same year as the twins Frank and Edward.

The only place besides geni where she seems to be listed is in the description of Frank and Sophia's FindAGrave record. But no grave for her is listed.

Are we sure this person actually existed? If so, did she actually have different parents?
