My beloved Grandma...

Grandma, you are the person I love and respect the most. During my young age, I was sick, crying a lot... and you're so patient, never complaint and were always there to take care of me all night long.

I still remember that you brought me to "Long Wa Chi (龍 華 寺)" Temple when there is a Buddhist Ceremony or New Year. I really enjoyed being with you for all these times.

I like your favorite vegetarian congee (素粥) cooked with Tofu, mushrooms and Watercress.

One thing I regret the most, is when you passed away in 1996, I didn't come to visit you for the last time. I felt really bad... I miss you Grandma...
