Origins
It is clear from probate documents for Sarah (____) (Stiles) Clark, that she was the mother of all of Francis' children and his widow, leaving no reason to believe Joan, who sailed on the Christian, was the wife of Francis.
Although we don't know Sarah's maiden name, we do know that she was the sister of the first wife of William Hayden, Unknown Unknown.[4]
