Cause taken up by the court and witnesses sworn ____ sai d Washington Campbell and others, and satisfactory proof being made th at Abigail Grace deceased died without any known children, Father or M other, and only one sister, and that Elizabeth Elmore ___ was her onl y sister, and that Sarah Jane Pemberton, wife of John Pemberton, Abiga il Hankins, wife of Davis Hankins, Mary Anne Campbell, wife of Georg e W. Campbell, Anderson Elmore, Ervin Elmore, Nancy Mills, Betsy Jacks on, wife of Thomas Jackson, and the late Robert Elmore deceased, are t he children an heirs of said Elizabeth Elmore deceased, and also the h eirs or said Abigail Grace decease being her nephews and nieces. Ther efore it is ordered that Davis Hankins late ___ and trustee of the ___ _ found in his home on his final settlement pay the same to said heir s at law of said Abigail Grace necessary. Share and share alike accor ding to law, it being the sum of $39.25 dollars to each heir. Order t hat said Estate pay the cost herein expensed.
