About Abigail Leathers
Not the same as Abigail Willey & not the daughter of Stephen Willey and Marie Louise Abigail (Pitman) de Flecheu
An obituary of a descendant in 1833, gives us the fact that William (2) married Abigail, daughter of Thomas Willey, and says that she lived to the age of 104 years. She was no gypsy.

2. THOMAS2 WILLEY was born 1617 in (?? given as Lincolnshire or Lancashire), England, and died September 1681 in Oyster River, Strafford, NH. He married MARGARET GEAFFIT. She was born 1615 in England, and died in Oyster River, Strafford, NH. Notes 2 and 3.
