AR, Box 1 Estate Records; Scott, Gail, Northwest AR Genealogical Society. page 235 (underlines and wording as in transcript) I, Abraham Baggett of the County of Benton and the State of Arkansas do this day make this my last will and testament, to wit---I Will and bequeath to Allen Sherral Baggett my nephew one hundred dollars of my estate. I will and bequeath to Johnathan Smith the Zedwin(?) tract of land, one hundred sixty acres. I want my wife Elizabeth Baggett taken care of and supported out of my estate as long as she lives and the rest of my estate I want equally divided between my two daughters, Nancy Smith and Esther Baggett both my children. I want the stock that is on the premises belong to my estate at my death to be equally between the two families for their use and benefit. I wish Johnathan Smith to be the guardian of my daughters estate Baggett and superintend the taking care of my wife Elizabeth Baggett. And I hereby appoint Johnathan Smith my executor to carry out the provisions of this will.
