About Abraham Dixon
Abraham Dixon (believed to be the son of William Dixon and Detty Crabtree - I still do not have a source) married Phoebe Graham, daughter of John Graham, Sr. & Catherine Rickabaugh on 19 Jul 1828 in Jackson Co., Ohio.
Together they had 12 children - 6 boys and 6 girls: Belinda, Catherine, Matilda, Lucretia, Wallace, Sarah, Helen, Phelix, Abraham, John, Eli and Empson.
Abraham worked hard as a farmer but died early several months before his 50th birthday, leaving behind a wife and 9 children under the age of 18.
Phoebe never remarried and died in 1874 at the age of 63.
His son, Eli Dixon, is buried in the Denton Cemetery in Denton, Wayne Co., MI.
