Abraham Fischer (4 September 1850 – 16 November 1913) was a South African statesman. He was the sole Prime Minister of the Orange River Colony in South Africa, and when that ceased to exist joined the cabinet of the newly formed Union of South Africa.


Ná die vredesluiting help hy om die Orangia Unie (voorloper in die Vrystaat van die Regerende Party en later die Suid-Afrikaanse Party) te stig en hy word die party se eerste president. In 1907, met die verkryging van verantwoordelike regering, word hy die eerste (en enigste) eerste minister van die Oranjerivierkolonie. Hy het deelgeneem aan die Nasionale Konvensie en word in 1911 lid van die Geheime Raad.
