Note, there are 3 KACZKAs in the 1937 Cottbus adressbuch:
Rafael ) brothers
Fischel )
Abraham

I have searched for Abraham in JRI Poland: nothing found.

From Luckauer Juden and the Jewishgen Cottbus list we know:
Wife of Abraham: Hannah Chven. Nothing found on JRI Poland for that name.
Daughter: Gerda
All 3 were expelled to Poland in 1938; assumed perished.

None are in Gedenkbuch.

It could be that Abraham is the brother of Rafael and Fischel. The birth records on JRI for Blaszki are fragmentary; it could be he was born in a period that is "missing"
But there are no WGA claims in respect to him. If he was their uncle, why did Susan and Abram not lodge claims?
For the moment I assume that Abraham is not brother of Rafael and Fischel.
