Abraham Wolf

Please note: Abraham Wolf was married twice, both to women with the maiden name POLLAK. Additionally, both wives were sometimes known as "Katharina". His first wife was Kressel [aka Katharina] Pollak (1794-1834) and his second wife was Katharina [aka Katti, Kathy] Pollak (b. 1814). It is likely that these two women may have been related to one another, but that connection has not yet been determined.

Abraham Wolf married second, c1835, a much younger woman, also named Katharina [%E2%80%9CKathy%E2%80%9D] Pollak [b. 1814]. As indicated above, she was still alive when the 1857 census was taken. Their children:

Prostejov, 17 Jun 1886 ▪ Jeanetty recte Julie, b. household #30, 8 June 1838; d. 15 Dec 1925. She m. Hermann Wolf. ▪ Johanna [%E2%80%9CHanni%E2%80%9D], b. household #26, 8 May 1843 [listed erroneously in birth record as “Fani”]; d. Vienna, 26 May 1918. She m. Leopold Back.
