Evidence from the Chartulary of Lindores Abbey

1233 X 1258: Charter by which Fergus son of Gilbert, Earl of Strathearn, confirms that he has given the lands of Beny and Concrag to the Abbey of Lindores. Witnesses :Clement, Bishop of Dunblane: "Domino Clementi Dunblanensi episcopo", and many others including: "Waltero filio Alani de Rotheuen and Adam filio Alani".
