His father, Onisiforos, was from a different family to the well known Frangoudis family. From hsi mother's side, Zoe, daughter of Xadjizacharias Apostolides, he was first cousin to Evelthon Glykis and George Sivitanides. Born in Limassol where he practiced as an advocate. Later he worked with the lawyer, Heracles Th. Kakogiannis (1913-1916). He became a judge. Member Municipal Council Limassol (1892-1893, 1893-1894, 1894-1895, 1909-1911), Deputy Mayor (1895-1896).
