William Spencer of Badby and Agnes Heritage had 3 sons ... and three daughters, Julian Spencer (died c.1558) (wife of William Wilmer (d.1551) of Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire, son of Richard Wilmer, for whose will, dated 22 June 1527 and proved 12 July 1527, see TNA PROB 11/22/370); Margery Spencer (wife of Thomas Judkyn of Weedon Bec, Northamptonshire, son of Robert Judkyn (1485-1534) of Brixworth); and Agnes Spencer (wife of Thomas Higginson of Berkswell, Warwickshire, for whose will, dated 29 November 1573 and proved 10 February 1574, see TNA PROB 11/56/81).
