About Alan Joseph Anthony Rebello, (Dr.) (KSG KC*HS)
Dr. Alan Rebello was awarded the Knighthood of St. Gregory the Great (KSG) at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Evangelist (Salford), England in 1981.
Dr Alan Rebello was also awarded the Knighthood of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem (KHS) at St George's Cathedral, Southwark (London), England in 1983. He was subsequently made a (KCHS) and thereafter (KC*HS). (This 'Order' dates back to the time of the Crusades).
Dr Alan Rebello was a long-standing member of the Catenian Association formerly being a member of the Blackburn Circle and thereafter was a member (and a past-President) of the Accrington Circle for over 40 years.
Dr Alan Rebello was also a long-standing member of Lions Clubs International, a past-President of the Blackburn Lions Club and was subsequently made a Melvin Jones Fellow for his service to Lions Clubs International.
Dr Alan Rebello was the honorary President of Blackburn & District Disabled Group for over thirty years.
