Albertine is identifed the woman who contacted the Salvation Army in February 1914, (Baroness A. v Pheilitzer-Frank (alternate spelling)) in Mitau (now Jelgava), Latvia for the purpose of setting up a mission in 1914, extending her work with alcoholics.
Unfortunately, once the approvals were in place in London. the Salvation Army officials looked forward to celebrate the Russian Easter with her but the war intervened.
Before they could return, word came that she had been assassinated by the Bolsheviks.
